Each residence features a Rinnai gas tankless heater delivering on-demand hot water to every fixture. For the penthouses, a sophisticated circulation system keeps water at the ideal temperature at all times — minimising waste and virtually eliminating wait times.
Rinnai Gas Tankless + Smart Circulation (penthouses)
Each apartment was fitted with an individual Rinnai tankless gas water heater capable of supplying every bathroom and kitchen outlet simultaneously. The penthouses received an additional Rinnai smart circulation pump on a dedicated hot-water loop.
